The apartment complex is so quiet and well kept. The office staff are very nice. Overall, this is a great apartment complex to live in.

Great place for families. Quiet and friendly community. People keep to themselves for the most part. The new maintenance and grounds teams have it looking really nice around here.

Enjoyed living here, staff was nice and helpful. When I needed my AC fixed, it was fixed in a super timely manner. Lots of grounds outside to walk/be active which I appreciate.

Very quiet place to live. Pond for fishing, new playground for little kids basketball court, volleyball court and swimming pool. The office staff is very friendly and on site maintenance.

Colonial crest apartments are a very peaceful & safe environment to live in. It's quiet & the people are friendly. My family enjoys the playground & the pond has a nice path to walk around.

Good place to live. Very spacious and nice apartments. Nice to live close to different grocery stores and not too far from downtown Muncie. I would definitely recommend my friends to live here!!

I’ve been here a couple months now and have nothing but good things to say about it! The ladies in the office are so kind and willing to answer any questions you may have. Great price and great location. I also feel super safe here which is very important to me!

One of my girlfriends lives here and so far she loves it. Super spacious and they have a pond in the center of the apartment complex. It’s nothing fancy but it’s great if you’re trying to keep your costs low they have water/sewer/parking included.
I would consider renting here if I was in person for college.
